Free Fedex Overnight Shipping
Your Mednikow online purchase will be shipped to you free of charge anywhere in the United States via Federal Express service. For your protection, an adult over 21 years of age must be on location to sign for the package even if you make other agreements with FedEx or its agents.
Should you need your package held at a FedEx facility or shipped to an address other than your billing address, please call or email our Customer Service department. They will be happy to assist you.

We give you plenty of time to make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Mednikow jewelry, return it in original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Just call or email our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and all relevant shipping instructions.
Once we’ve received your return and our Quality Control team accepts it, your refund or new item will be processed. We will not accept returns of jewelry that has been damaged in any way, that shows signs of wear, or that has been altered or resized by jewelers unaffiliated with Mednikow. Lost diamond certificates will be assessed a $175 replacement charge each.
You may return you item directly to our store if you find that to be more convenient.
Special Order Policies
Purchases defined as “Special Orders” cannot be returned or exchanged. A “Special Order” can be defined as any item offered on Mednikow.com that requires modifications not available through the “Design Your Own” tool. For example, ordering a solitaire engagement ring with an Asscher-Cut diamond when only a Round is offered in the “Design Your Own” tool.
Trade-In Policy
At Mednikow, we recognize that as time goes by, life brings greater rewards, and the diamond you purchase today may not reflect your lifestyle tomorrow. The Mednikow Diamond Trade-In Policy will allow you to “grow” your diamond in size and value at any time in the future.
Simply stated: We will allow what you paid for any Mednikow diamond in trade toward the purchase of another diamond that costs more than the original.* So you can enjoy your diamond now, with the knowledge that you may purchase a larger diamond in the future. It’s a wonderful benefit when you purchase a Mednikow diamond.
*The diamond must be returned in undamaged condition, and be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Mounting, labor and taxes are not included in the trade-in value, but we will certainly evaluate the mounting at the time of trade in and make an allowance for it when possible.
Return Shipping Instructions
Shipping items of high value requires following careful instructions to the letter. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number before shipping anything to us, and we will provide detailed instructions at that time.
